A U.S. subsidiary of the German parent, they rebuild and assemble gearboxes for the automotive, marine, and construction markets from parts that are manufactured at their sister plants worldwide. Mr. Martellaro consulted with ZF in order to improve their materials and manufacturing processes. He aided them in implementing Forecasting and Master Scheduling procedures. When a key member of the SAP implementation team for the subsidiary was promoted, Mr. Martellaro then became a member of the implementation team.

He has consulted with ZF recently to assess their use of the SAP planning and scheduling tools and to recommend how to increase the ROI and reduce invested assets while increasing service levels.
