A multinational defense contractor designing and
manufacturing sonar buoys and other top secret weapons systems for the DoD and
NATO. USSI was spun off from XXX and
needed to establish business systems and practices from point zero while not
missing a delivery or having a production or quality blip. I worked with local management and the team
to establish and implement all of those in a 9-month period while building and
moving into a new facility. An
additional complicating factor of the implementation was that USSI required
WBS-Earned Value and project detail to be implemented on the Infimacs II
software that had purchased.
