All of Motorola’s ERP applications are proprietary and the result of in-house development. He was project manager and designer of this 30-person project. The scope of the project was to develop the customer order fulfillment software for Motorola’s worldwide operations and integrate the data to their multi-plant MPS/MRP systems. The project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
