This affiliate of the National Association of Realtors wanted to re-engineer their business practices, to establish a solid IT infrastructure for the next millennium, and to migrate from their application software which was spread across multiple platforms. Mr. Martellaro helped select new application software to service their association members and to track state required professional certifications, he aided in the design the new IT infrastructure, and he helped design a website to gather annual data from realtor members and from property managers.
