Eaton
A 15-division group of Eaton was converting to BPCS from the
many different packages that they were each using. Mr. Martellaro was project consultant to four of those divisions. Mr. Martellaro was responsible for setting
the project plan, mapping the hardware, software, and data conversion, performing
the division personnel with BPCS and ERP education, recommending operational
changes to operate in a more efficient manner, and helping develop new policies
and procedures necessary to operate within the new environment.
